Our company has attracted lots of technical professionals in the technical field of lithium-ion battery in China, and has possessed advanced process and core technology for the production of lithium-ion batteries.For example, we have exclusively introduced the manufacturing technology of integrated injection molding at low temperature, and also optimized the available space of the battery. Consequently, the capacity of many models are 30% higher than that of original battery and 1.5 times longer of the stand by time. The result is really amazing! In the whole process of research, development and production, the preciseness of each working procedure is strictly required. All batteries apply A-grade electric cores(our company customizes many models and have the exclusive right of using them) and imported IC lithium-ion protection board; all electric cores have been disposed under high temperature of 45 degree in the oven for 3 days and all products have to pass 5 procedures of quality inspection from the stage of raw material to that of finished products to ensure the qualification rate of 100% before all products leave factory.All our factory has pass the CE International Certificate.
